This Privacy Policy explains how Vogo Partners LLC (“Vogo,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our websites or submit a request for insurance quotes or information. By using our site or submitting a form, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are
Vogo Partners LLC operates this website and connects consumers who request insurance information with independently licensed insurance agents, agencies, and carriers (“Marketing Partners”). Vogo is not an insurance company or agency; we do not sell insurance, issue policies, or provide insurance advice. Contact: [company mailing address] · [email protected] · [company phone].
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact & identity information — name, email address, phone number, mailing address, ZIP code.
- Insurance-related information you provide — such as vehicle, home, or life-insurance details, ownership/rental status, coverage preferences, current insurance status, date of birth, gender, marital status, occupation, and similar information needed to match you with quotes. Some of this may be considered sensitive personal information under state law.
- Consent & verification records — the disclosure text you were shown, the checkbox state and time you submitted, your IP address, the page URL, and a third-party consent certificate (e.g., TrustedForm or Jornaya) documenting your request.
- Device & usage information — IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions, collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we collect it
- Directly from you when you complete a form, verify your phone, or contact us.
- Automatically through cookies, pixels, and analytics tools as you use the site.
- From third parties such as marketing partners, lead sources, analytics and verification providers, and publicly available or licensed data sources (for example, property or vehicle data used to complete a quote).
4. How we use your information
- To connect you with Marketing Partners who can provide the insurance quotes or information you requested.
- To contact you (and to enable our Marketing Partners to contact you) about your request, including by phone call, text message (SMS/MMS), and email — see Section 5.
- To verify your phone number and reduce fraudulent or mistyped submissions.
- To operate, secure, analyze, and improve our website and services.
- To comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect our rights, users, and the public.
5. Consent to contact (TCPA)
6. How we share your information
We share the information you submit with:
- Marketing Partners — licensed insurance agents, agencies, and carriers who use it to prepare quotes and contact you. This sharing is the core purpose of the service.
- Service providers — vendors who host our site, send messages, verify phone numbers, provide analytics, or document consent, acting under contract on our behalf.
- Corporate & legal — affiliates, and in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets; and when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
Sharing your information with Marketing Partners for their own marketing may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some state privacy laws. You can opt out — see Sections 8 and 9. We do not knowingly share the information of consumers we know to be under 18 for such purposes.
7. Cookies & tracking
We and our providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to run the site, remember your inputs, measure traffic, and support marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them. Where required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).
8. Your choices & opt-outs
- Texts: reply STOP to any message to stop texts from that sender; reply HELP for help.
- Calls: tell any caller you wish to be placed on their internal Do-Not-Call list, or contact us to stop calls we control.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- All contact / data requests: email [email protected] to revoke consent, or to access, correct, or delete your information. We honor revocations through any reasonable means and process opt-outs within 10 business days, consistent with applicable law. When you opt out, we delete you from the marketing and agent-distribution lists we and our partners use to contact you and suppress your record so partner agents can no longer reach you; we retain only what is necessary to honor your request and comply with law.
Because we may have already forwarded your request to Marketing Partners, you may also need to opt out directly with a partner that contacts you; we will honor and, where feasible, relay your request.
9. State privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know/access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal information; to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
California (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may exercise the rights above, including the right to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information via our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism or by emailing [email protected]. We do not sell personal information for money; we may share it with Marketing Partners as described in Section 6. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request.
Other states
Residents of states including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights. To exercise any right, email [email protected] with your request and the state you reside in. We will verify and respond within the time your state law requires. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.
10. Financial-information privacy (GLBA)
Some information you provide may be “nonpublic personal information” under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We collect and share it only to deliver the insurance-quote service you requested and as otherwise permitted by law, and we require our providers to protect it.
11. Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service, document consent, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.
13. Children's privacy
Our services are for adults age 18 and older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child provided us information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
14. Third-party links & services
Our site and the partners we connect you with may link to third-party sites and services governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices; review their policies directly.
15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted where practical. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
