These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites and services of Vogo Partners LLC (“Vogo,” “we,” “us”). Please read them carefully. They include an arbitration agreement and class-action waiver in Section 13.

Vogo Partners LLC is a marketing and lead-referral service that connects consumers who request insurance information with independently licensed insurance agents, agencies, and carriers (“Marketing Partners”). Vogo is not an insurance company, agency, producer, or broker. We do not sell insurance, solicit or negotiate insurance, issue policies, bind coverage, or give insurance advice. Any insurance transaction is solely between you and a licensed Marketing Partner or carrier.
4. No insurance advice or guarantee
Information on the site is general and for convenience only; it is not insurance, legal, financial, or tax advice. We do not guarantee that you will receive a quote, coverage, any particular price or savings, or contact from any specific partner. Rates, availability, and terms are set by carriers and partners and may change.
5. Your information & consent to contact
When you submit a request and check the consent box, you provide prior express written consent for Vogo and one or more Marketing Partners to contact you at the phone number and email you provide, including by automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice, and autodialed/automated text messages, about insurance products and services, even if your number is on a Do-Not-Call registry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to stop texts and HELP for help. You may revoke consent as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
6. Electronic communications (E-SIGN)
You consent to receive communications and disclosures from us electronically and agree that your electronic submissions, checkbox acceptances, and “click-to-accept” actions constitute your electronic signature and satisfy any requirement that a communication be in writing.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: provide false or another person's information; use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose; interfere with or attempt to breach the security of the site; scrape, harvest, or use bots or automated means without permission; or infringe others' rights.
8. Third-party agents, carriers & sites
Marketing Partners and carriers are independent third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, products, quotes, pricing, licensing, or communications. Your dealings with any partner are solely between you and that partner. The site may link to third-party sites governed by their own terms.
9. Intellectual property
The site and its content, logos, and trademarks are owned by Vogo Partners LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Vogo Partners LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTACT BY OR DEALINGS WITH A MARKETING PARTNER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vogo Partners LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Dispute resolution & arbitration
Please read this section carefully. Except for small-claims matters and requests for injunctive relief, you and Vogo Partners LLC agree to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services through final and binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court. You and Vogo Partners LLC waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or representative action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 13. Subject to that section, venue lies in the courts located in the State of Texas.
15. Changes & termination
We may modify these Terms or the services at any time. Changes take effect when posted with a new effective date; your continued use means you accept them. We may suspend or terminate access at any time.
16. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the services.
